I adore the underwear and will bring them with me on the French Camino this summer.
I had ordered two pair, but was sent some men's boxers instead of the other bikini brief in plum.
I communicated back to Woolly and I sent 3 photos of what I received, including the invoice showing that
I had ordered. I heard back from Wooly the next day and was told that they would be preparing a prepaid label for the return and exchange/replacement. That was 3 days ago and no communication since from them. I find it annoying that they didn't just send out the other pair of bikini briefs and that I have to do the legwork to return the men's item. It's the little things!
