Order & Shipping

How do I get the best deal on underwear?

Great question—because there is a strategy 👇

The more pairs you grab, the more you save:

  • Single pairs → highest price per pair
  • Pre-packed 3-packs15% off (easy win )
  • Build Your Own Bundle:
    3 pairs → 10% off
    5 pairs → 15% off
    7 pairs → 20% off
    10 pairs → 25% off (best value)

If you already know what you like, the Build Your Own Bundle is the way to go—you can mix styles and colors and unlock bigger savings as you go.

If you’re just getting started, a 3-pack is a great place to begin (and still saves you 15%).

Can I edit my order after purchase?

Yes! You’ve got a 30-minute window after placing your order to make changes.

Need to swap a size, fix your shipping address, or sneak in one more item? You can do all of that right from:

  • Your order confirmation page, or
  • The link in your confirmation email

After 30 minutes, your order heads into processing, and we’re no longer able to make changes.

So give it a quick once-over before that window closes—just to make sure everything looks right.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Short answer: It might be retired.

Longer answer: Over time, some of our discount codes made their way onto coupon sites across the internet. Once that happens, they stop feeling like a perk—and start creating a lot of confusion when they don’t work like expected.

So, we’ve started quietly putting some of those older codes to rest.

But don’t worry—we’re not taking away ways to save. We’re just being more intentional about how we offer them.

Here’s how to always get the best deal on Woolly:

We still run the occasional promo code (the good ones 👀), but they’re typically tied to specific moments—so they don’t get overused and lose their magic.

If you’ve got a code that’s not working and you’re not sure why, reach out to us at help@woolly.clothing—we’ll take a look and make sure you’re taken care of!

What is the shipping policy?

Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it. As soon as it ships, we’ll send over tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.

We offer fast 2-day shipping, so most orders arrive within 2 business days after processing.

That said, occasional delays can happen (weather, carriers, the usual suspects). Keep an eye on your tracking, and if something seems off, reach out to us at help@woolly.clothing—we’ve got your back.

A quick heads up:
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer than standard delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all standard orders within the U.S.

Do shipping rates vary by location or order size?

Nope! We like to keep things simple — the $10 flat rate applies to all standard domestic orders under $100.

Can I get free shipping?

Yep—free shipping kicks in at $100. 🎉

Pro tip:
New here? Sign up for emails and snag free shipping on your first order.

And with our bundles and built-in savings, getting to $100 is usually easier than you think.

Do you ship international?

International shipping for Woolly Clothing is available via Amazon.com to more than 100 countries across the globe. Visit the Woolly Clothing store on Amazon.com.

How do I check my order status?

The easiest way is through your email.

Once your order is placed, you’ll get:

  • An order confirmation email, and
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking info

Just use the tracking link to follow your order in real time.

Can’t find those emails? No worries—reach out to us at help@woolly.clothing with your name or order details, and we’ll track it down for you.

Can't find your package?

Don’t worry—it happens.

First, try a quick search around your place:

  • Front and back doors
  • Mailbox or package lockers
  • Around bushes or tucked-away spots
  • With neighbors (sometimes they’re the real MVPs)

Carriers will occasionally mark packages as “Delivered” a bit early—if it’s been less than 4 hours, give it a little more time.

Still no luck after that?

  • Check with the carrier for updates
  • Then reach out to us—we’re happy to help and make sure you’re taken care of
Do you offer price adjustments?

We love a good deal as much as you do! However, our sale offers are available for a limited time only, so we’re unable to provide price adjustments. Be sure to snag those savings while they’re hot!

Is your site secure?

Safe shopping and security is a huge area of concern. That's a big reason we host with the most secure and trusted e-commerce platform out there, shopify.com. Here's the Terms of Use and Privacy Policyfor our website.

What are my payment options?

We accept all the major credit cards, including American Express, or express checkout using your existing Amazon or Paypal payment accounts.

What is the Referral program?

How do I refer a friend?
Know someone who deserves soft merino in their life? (The answer is everyone.) Find the Tell a Friend and get $15 link at the bottom of our homepage under Support, and make it happen.

What does my friend get?
Your referred friend receives $15 off their first order when they use your link. The discount requires a minimum purchase of $100 and applies to full-price items only.

What do I get as the referrer?
You'll receive a $15 coupon code - but note there's a 30-day delay after your friend's order is placed before it's issued to you.

Why is there a 30-day delay on my reward?
The delay allows time to account for any returns or exchanges your friend may make. Once 30 days have passed from their order date, your coupon will be on its way.

My coupon isn't working at checkout — why?
A few common reasons: the coupon only applies to full-price items (sale/discounted products are excluded), a minimum order of $100 is required, and coupons expire 30 days after they're issued.

Can I use my referral coupon on sale items?
No — the coupon applies to products without an existing discount only.

How long does my coupon last?
30 days from the date it's issued.

Fabric & Sizing

What size should I order?

What size should I order? Great question—and you’re not alone.

Our sizing is based on the garment itself, not your body measurements (with the exception of some underwear). So if you’re used to traditional size charts, ours might look a little different.

Here’s the easiest way to get it right:

  • Grab a piece you already own that fits you well
  • Lay it flat on a table
  • Measure it and compare it to the size chart on the product page

A quick note:

Waist and hip measurements are taken flat (not all the way around)—so what you see is half the measurement.

Still unsure? Shoot us a note at help@woolly.clothing—we’re happy to help you find your perfect fit.

How do I care for my Woolly stuff?

Good news: merino wool is low-maintenance (just how we like it).

Here’s how to keep your gear in top shape:

  • Wash: Machine wash cold with similar colors Pro tip: Keep it away from zippers, velcro, and rough fabrics (looking at you, jeans)
  • Dry: Tumble dry low or hang dry
    (Both work—just no high heat)
  • Skip the bleach: Wool and bleach are not friends
  • No ironing needed: Wrinkles tend to work themselves out
  • Pilling happens: It’s normal over time
Washing inside out helps slow it down
  • Air dry option: Lay flat, roll in a towel to remove excess water, then hang to dry

That’s it. Easy care, long wear, and you’re good to go.

What should I avoid when caring for Merino Wool?

Merino is tough… but it’s not invincible. A few things to steer clear of:

  • Rough stuff: Zippers, velcro, and heavy fabrics (like denim) can snag those fine fibers
  • Harsh detergents: Skip bleach, fabric softeners, and anything too aggressive—go with a gentle, wool-friendly wash
  • High heat: Hot dryers = faster wear and potential shrinkage
  • Over-washing with rough loads: Wash with similar, softer items when you can

A couple extra pro tips:

  • Air drying is always the safest bet (heat + friction are the main culprits of damage)
  • Store your Woolly in a cool, dry place—bonus points for cedar or lavender to keep moths away
  • If you must iron, keep it low heat or opt for a quick steam instead

Treat it well, and it’ll return the favor for a long time.

What makes Woolly's Merino wool so special?

It all starts with really, really good wool.

We use Woolmark-certified Australian Merino, known for being some of the softest and highest-quality wool out there. It’s naturally:

  • Breathable
  • Moisture-wicking
  • Temperature-regulating
  • And yes—ridiculously comfortable

It’s also a win beyond just comfort. Merino is renewable and biodegradable, so it’s easier on the planet than most synthetic fabrics.

And we don’t stop at the material:

  • RWS-certified → ethically sourced, with care for sheep and land
  • OEKO-TEX certified → tested to be free from harmful substances

So when you wear Woolly, you’re getting gear that feels good, performs well, and is made with a bit more intention behind it.

What are Woolly's Standards of Sustainability?

At Woolly, we’re on a mission: More Wool, Less Plastic.™

That means making better clothes—from how they’re sourced to what happens after you’re done wearing them.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

Better materials, responsibly sourced

We use Woolmark-certified Australian Merino wool, known for its quality, softness, and durability.

Our wool is also RWS-certified (Responsible Wool Standard), which means:

  • Sheep are treated humanely
  • Land is managed responsibly
  • The full supply chain is held to high standards

Thoughtful production + low-plastic packaging

We partner with factories that are BSCI-certified, ensuring strong labor standards and safe working conditions.

From factory to front door, we aim to keep things plastic-minimal—using paper-based packaging wherever possible.

Reducing waste (before + after you buy)

We’re always working to shrink our footprint:

  • Returns are resold or donated through local partners
  • Our recycling program helps turn worn-out Woolly gear into upcycled wool products

At the end of the day, it’s about making gear that feels good—and does a little more good, too.

Return, Exchange and Warranty

How do I make a return?

Check out our Returns & Warranty page for details about returns, warranty questions and help with less than satisfactory or wrong items received.

What is Woolly's 1 year guarantee?

Something not right? We’ve got you.

If your item has an issue within 1 year of purchase, we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Here’s what’s covered:

  • Items that arrive damaged or mislabeled
  • Quality issues that show up within that first year

A quick note:

Normal wear and tear over time (yes—even with great care) isn’t covered after that 1-year window.

How to start a claim

Just email us at help@woolly.clothing with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Your shipping address
  • A quick photo of the issue

We’ll take it from there and get things sorted as quickly as possible.

A couple small callouts

  • Slight color differences can happen due to lighting and photography
(these aren’t considered defects—but you can still return or exchange if needed)

Simple, fair, and designed to keep you happy in your Woolly gear.

Can I return a closeout sale item?

Closeout items are final sale and can’t be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

These pieces are discounted as part of a closeout, so we’re not able to accept returns once the purchase is complete.

Before you buy:

We recommend double-checking product details, sizing, and measurements to make sure it’s the right fit for you.
