HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Start your return or exchange HERE! 

Once you enter your email and order number, you’ll be able to select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. After completing the process, we’ll email you a prepaid return label with simple instructions.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, keep scrolling for warranty instructions.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT OPTION

Not sure which option to choose? Here’s a quick guide:

  • Exchange — fastest option if you want a different size, color, or product
  • Store Credit — best value and includes a $5 bonus
  • Refund — sent back to your original payment method

You’ll always see the full details before confirming, and you won’t lose your bonus by exploring your options.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

  • A $8 return shipping fee is deducted from refunds
  • Return shipping is free if you choose an exchange or store credit
  • Items marked CLOSEOUT are final sale and cannot be returned

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN

Returned items must be:

  • New, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Returned with original tags attached

You’re welcome to try items on — just make sure they’re returned in original condition.

RETURN SHIPPING & LABELS
  • You’ll receive a prepaid return label by email
  • A $8 fee is deducted for refunds
  • No fee for exchanges or store credit
  • Original shipping charges (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable
PROCESSING TIME

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 30 days for processing.

WARRANTY & DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails within one year of purchase, we’ll take care of it.

These issues qualify for a free replacement or refund.

  • Order number
  • Shipping address
  • Photo of the issue

Normal wear and tear after one year does not qualify for replacement.
Colors may vary slightly due to photography or lighting. These variations don’t qualify as defects, but you’re still welcome to return or exchange the item if needed.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If you received the wrong size, color, or product, we’ll fix it quickly.

  • Photo of the product
  • Photo of the barcode/label on the package
