Care
  • Wash: Pop your Woolly in the machine on a cold cycle with similar colors. But be careful—fine merino fibers can snag on zippers, buckles, and Velcro. Avoid washing with jeans, jackets, backpacks, or any harsh fabrics.
  • Dry: Tumble dry on low or go au naturel and hang it up to dry.
  • Avoid Bleach: Skip the bleach—it’s not a friend to wool fibers.
  • No Iron Needed
  • Pilling: Wool may pill over time, but turning your garments inside out before washing can help slow this down.
  • Air Dry Option: For the air dry lovers out there, lay your wet Woolly on a towel, roll it up like a burrito to gently squeeze out extra moisture, then hang it up for a breezy air dry!

Ordered my usual Woolly size Medium. I am 6' 1", 175 lbs, wear a 16 x 35 dress shirt. The shirt length is perfect for me, but the sleeves seemed about an inch too long. I have machine washed the shirt in cold water and dried it on a rack, and that shortened the sleeves to perfect for my arms (without changing the garment length enough to be noticeable - or is it just that it wasn't ridiculously long originally, and it is not now too short?) . It is a comfortable shirt under a flannel for the mid 30s to mid 60s temps that we have had in the week since I got the shirt.
